One of my favorite ways to eat vegetables is in a salad, especially when the weather starts getting warmer. Salads are the best summer food! One thing that is a must on all my salads, is the dressing has to taste good. A gorgeous salad with a terrible dressing is so disappointing, and I can’t eat my salads dry – I know some of you out there can, but I simply cannot. I am not one to buy a bottle of salad dressing. They are expensive and usually full of all sorts of unnecessary additives, so I am always looking into creating yummy tasting salad dressing…which is exactly what this recipe is! It is a super simple dressing that taste great.
